There is no small print
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. As a service, C-CUBE is billed as annual and monthly payments. It is possible to cancel at any time and without charge. Just send us an email . You will still have access to your account for the remainder of the paid period (year or month). You will not have any more fees afterwards.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. It is simple. If you are not satisfied with our product, contact us. We will be able to cancel your account. However, we do not refund the annual or monthly fees already incurred. You will have a credit note on your account.
What payment types do you accept?
Payments are made only by credit card. All the most popular credit cards are accepted.
Is there a demo? A trial?
We offer a free full featured C-CUBE trial for up to 5 projects. Once you get to that limit, you will have to choose a plan to continue. You can take as long as you like to for your trial. Setup everything to your liking and start when you are ready! Open an account to start your free trial.
Breathe. Your plan is updated automatically.
Your plan will update pro-rated based on your billing period each time you add or suspend a user. You keep access to all your data, even if you only have one active user.
